Doing Me So I Don't Read You

We're living inside a real-life movie that isn't so funny anymore

Hertis & Tiffani Season 1 Episode 9

The summer heat brings with it a whirlwind of topics on this episode of Doing Me So I Don't Read You. We kick off with a sobering reflection on the devastating floods in Texas that claimed lives at a youth camp, highlighting the increasingly unpredictable and dangerous weather patterns affecting communities nationwide.

Some good news comes in the form of Georgia's new "10-8 drinking in public law," allowing Metro Atlanta residents to take alcoholic beverages outside establishments in proper containers. But there's a bigger reason behind this change – Atlanta is gearing up to host eight FIFA World Cup matches in June 2026, including a coveted semifinal at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. We weigh the excitement of this global spotlight against the practical concerns about city infrastructure and crowds, contemplating whether to embrace the experience or escape the chaos.

Sports fans will appreciate our breakdown of Wimbledon updates and the upcoming WNBA All-Star game selections, where we question how popularity sometimes trumps performance in these prestigious honors. Meanwhile, movie buffs will enjoy our anticipation for upcoming films like Jurassic World Rebirth, complete with philosophical musings about T-Rex just wanting to mind his own business – a surprisingly apt metaphor for marginalized communities in today's society.

The conversation reaches peak excitement when discussing Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour arriving in Atlanta for four consecutive days. We speculate about potential special guests, unique elements for the Atlanta shows, and share a laugh about her professional handling of a technical malfunction during her Houston performance. Queen B, if you're listening (and we're manifesting that you are), bring out some Atlanta talent!

Whether you're planning your summer entertainment, navigating changing local laws, or just trying to make sense of our increasingly chaotic world, this episode offers both lighthearted moments and thoughtful reflections. Join us as we continue doing ourselves while attempting to understand the world around us.

Speaker 1:

Hello, welcome back to Doing Me.

Speaker 2:

So I don't read you.

Speaker 1:

Welcome guys. It's another beautiful Wednesday that you're hearing this. Well, let's say it was beautiful right now when we're recording, so hopefully it's beautiful for you guys, wherever you are. So let me put that out there Hopefully it's beautiful where you are. It's been a little bit hot, or the weather's been getting hotter now. It's been a little bit raining in different places. When I was looking at the weather for different states, you'd be like, oh, it's been raining all week and people were like messing up plans and people got to take trips and they're like, ooh, plans are ruined and whatnot. Hopefully Wednesday is pretty good, evenly nice for the weather it's supposed to be like.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because the weather just is bipolar and I'm not taking no offense to anyone, that is. Y'all know what that means. So, yeah, you just don't know. You have to wear some shorts, hoochie daddy shorts, or you wear flip-flops, rain boots, and you back into your regular boots, umbrella or no umbrella at all, because you don't know. It would do it within like one hour and 30 minutes and then it'll be done and then it'll go back to like regular shit. It's just crazy.

Speaker 2:

And with speaking of that, with the weather, um, my condolences and heart goes out to those who lost their lives in Texas. Unfortunately, with the area that they were at for the camp and there's a lot of kids, girls, camp and different things, and people who live in mobile homes are not worn. They weren't worn and the stuff happened like so fast timeframe. But to me personally, if they knew and was more in prior before, you know what could have happened. Um, and no matter who you care for, who you do, whatever, y'all know certain stuff was gutted out. Emergency, um, to give you heads up when emergency is about to happen, disaster, that was gutted. So I'm not saying you point fingers to anyone, because it's not time to point fingers when people have lost their lives, but this is the shit that we're about to continue to see. So strap up your seatbelts and go on that fucking ride. And again, my condolences, because that's crazy. Imagine taking your kids and they're going to a camp and you can think everything's good, and now your kid is washed away within the rapid rain that just happened. I couldn't even imagine how those kids just seemed. Like it played out like a movie. Right now I just see like every day we're in a movie or a sitcom, but that shit ain't be funny. But you gotta laugh to not cry. So that made me think about that. Let me talk about the rain. So yeah, it's interesting. Then all the little bills just passed, y'all better check out for your own states what's going on.

Speaker 2:

Oh, and in the state of Georgia like I don't know if it's in Georgia or is it in certain parts where you can get lit and you know when you're drinking and if you ain't finished your alcohol, you can walk out the establishments with the alcohol in hand. Now, don't y'all get too damn happy now I think they set y'all shit up Like you ask to put it in a plastic container and then move on. That's different. But if you do some crazy shit, they just try to be like Nautilus. Nautilus has always been that way. But you can't leave.

Speaker 2:

You know they give you a plastic container and you can pour your stuff in a container. Because I remember the first time as an adult not when I remember when I was a kid, but the first time as an adult that I went there and I was just did finished food and I was with one of my I don't know exes don't bring none of them holes up but I was with one. I mean they ain't holes, but yeah, I was with one of my exes and they originally was from there or born there. And the guy came and the bottle wasn't finished whatever drinking. He was like, oh, I'm thinking like you can take it with. I'm like the bottle, y'all just walk out here. But he's like, yeah, but I'll give you, know, the certain um different containers that you can pour it in, and then, of course, you just walk out.

Speaker 1:

I was like, oh, look at that so just like how vegas is something with their uh the like the fat tuesdays kind of drinks, you could like get those and just drink those out, and, of course, you'll be drinking at the hotels. Anyway, I'll like you'll be walking around the hotels going different hotels, especially on the strip part. I'll be walking around the hotels going to different hotels, especially on the strip part. We'll be walking around. Then I will double check because that one I want to know that one was weird because it may be, in practice, be in Atlanta.

Speaker 1:

It's still downtown, which makes some sense because it's downtown. That's the only other place I'm trying to think of would be the place to be doing it. I feel like it's just downtown Probably.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I would just Y'all just look into it.

Speaker 2:

Don't do it just because you hear it on social media and different people saying they're going to set y'all asses up. Go to the source they be showing you and it be AI. They ain't walking outside, no club. They are outside of the apartment doing a video making y'all think that it is and then y'all ass is fucked up. So it says it's generally not permitted while walking on the streets, but it's like I don't know. You gotta see, with the new law, drinking in public is the 10-8 article. So it's Metro Atlanta. But you know they tried to do this some years ago.

Speaker 2:

Two years ago and it didn't pass, oh no, so now it is the 10-8 drinking in public law, that is. But then again y'all better be careful, open container, but you know they gotall. Better be careful Open container, but you know they got so many different shit, especially these, that make sense. They doing it all because, to me personally, what's coming down here is with the World Cup.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 1:

So Because yeah, that is Because I've been seeing. Yeah, especially because I've been seeing, especially because we're about to go into the place that's about to host it. I was seeing a lot of stuff, or a lot of emails, from the Mercedes-Benz. Yep, they've been having a whole bunch of matches lately, for some for the FIFA thing, for FIFA, but I wasn't even know. I'm like I thought I don't know they're coming here, but I guess they're doing different matches or different things for FIFA right now, but I don't know when it's supposed to be.

Speaker 2:

So when Atlanta's hosting it, it's 2026.

Speaker 1:

That's it, but I guess they're just doing some.

Speaker 2:

Friendly matches or FIFA. Not friendly FIFA games to see, to get into.

Speaker 1:

Yes, that's what it is, because there's a whole bunch of things I'm being like. This keeps happening right now, oh no.

Speaker 2:

So it would be, now that we know that you stated it's June 11, 2026, and it's through the 19th, so it's for that whole week, those eight days, but we're hosting, I believe it's eight matches. And with the eight matches. It includes a semifinal and two other knockout matches. It includes a semi-final and two other knockout matches.

Speaker 2:

So, that's going to be the important matches. That's going to be, yeah, and I'm nowhere near anything. I'll be probably hopefully out of the country or in another place or location, because you are not going to catch me anywhere near Georgia for no goddamn World Cup. It'll be an amazing experience for me.

Speaker 1:

I was going to be a lot of people, it's just too much, to be honest.

Speaker 2:

They're not ready. They're not ready. I don't care what nobody say, they don't have shit right. When it just be Junior and them, or Lil Ray Ray and them, I don't know.

Speaker 1:

The Olympics as well too. Yes, the Olympics is coming too. No, the Olympics in this one is going to be LA first.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but I mean, but it's still like the United States is still hosting, but the main place is LA. But I feel like they're coming to. I thought it was ready to fight Georgia because I saw one of the areas by the underground. They had the Olympic rings, like the circles, like on top of, like the orange thing by the police station, that part they were having like the orange, the rings, the Olympic rings.

Speaker 2:

Because we have held it hosted before.

Speaker 1:

So I think Atlanta is one of the sites that's in the United States because we were hosting in 2028. Atlanta is part of the cities that they're moving around to for the Olympics, I believe.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I don't know from that. I just know that we hosted it back in the day, I don't see anything I don't know. That's something that I can't speak on.

Speaker 1:

I don't know if you see anything. I know because usually when a country hosts they have different cities that people got to go to or drive to. But I swear I saw it.

Speaker 2:

I just know they hosted it back then and we know what happened back then with the bombing thing and all that shit. So I know LA is hosting it.

Speaker 1:

I know LA is hosting it, but that's good to know for all the stuff.

Speaker 2:

I know LA is hosting it. I know LA is hosting it, yeah, so, but that's good to know. For all the stuff Within the sports. We jumped right into that and Wimbledon is still going on. We only have two of the American men. There's one American woman still in the singles 16 round, Hold on Navarro. So hopefully it goes through, but everybody else has been eliminated.

Speaker 2:

And then the WNBA All-Star game is going to be coming up and it's held in Indianapolis, Indiana, where it's just for the Fever. So of course they got all the top picks for their team. So of course they got all the top picks for their team. Of course Kaitlyn Clark is one of the got the fan base, she gets the pick, she's the team captain. And then you'll have LaVisa Collier, the other team captain. She's from Minnesota, Lynx, but to me it's just. I mean, it's hell in the NAPA. Basically, all they whole goddamn team from the Fever is on the all-star game. And Alita Boston, I get it. Yes, Kaylin Clark, she's who she is and it brings fans and eyes. It don't bring the positive fans and eyes, but this haven't been out the whole goddamn majority of the whole damn season. She's only playing maybe four games this year, but I guess she's an all-star, so we'll see how that goes.

Speaker 1:

Yep, you're right. It's just I don't know why I saw it. Maybe because I'm just thinking about FIFA, I'm thinking about Atlanta. Either way, it's going to be crowded. I don't know. I might, just I don't know. Let me try to save some money. Let's look. Let's look, save some money for one match, and that's it. I did it.

Speaker 2:

It'll be a good experience. That's what I said.

Speaker 1:

It'll be a good experience. That's what I said.

Speaker 2:

It'll be a good experience. It'll be a great experience.

Speaker 1:

I'll not be going to other places in another country. Not really. I don't have no foreseeing. Let me go to another country for FIFA or Olympics. They're here, let me try to get it. Especially in Atlanta.

Speaker 2:

I'm a little especially. You were a former soccer player and you were great too, if you didn't, you know, to push you to pursue it further. Don't let that fool y'all. What I mean. He was amazing, like top notch as a defender. The position that you played was what's your position, defender? I was a sweeper, sweeper, yep, and y'all know what sweepers are. What's your position, defender, that you play for South of?

Speaker 1:

Utah. I was a sweeper, sweeper, yep.

Speaker 2:

And y'all know what sweepers are. I mean with the fast quickness. So I was just within basketball, softball, on track, that. But they try to ask me to play soccer all the time. In high school I was like no, Because the moment that somebody pulled my jersey, the moment somebody called pulled my jersey, the moment somebody called me a certain N-word, or the moment that somebody spit on me because they do that stuff, soccer is a totally different ballgame. You have to keep your composure and you have to be in shape.

Speaker 2:

I would have had a red flag and yellow flags, a lot of matches, so that's why I decided not to do soccer. I just played with family when it was due to do that, dang it. But yeah. So the WNBA like I said, today, I think they announced who the reserves will be, and Tuesday is where they do their little draft. So if y'all want to support that, it'll be fun. Good Woohoo.

Speaker 2:

Wnba women July 19th 8.30,. The game will be on ABC For that. So the starters, of course, will be like Aaliyah, boston Fever. Paige Beckford Now, paige, to me, is the overall great player Possibly it's a lot of people for rookie of the year will be. So Paige Dallas. Alicia Gray Woohoo, stand up for ATL. She played for the Land of Dreams. Sabrina from New School, so she's New York. Liberty Nanika she's Seattle. So Breonna Stewart, new York. Elijah Wilson you know she is the Vegas, she is the best of all. So that's how that is. But enough for the WNBA, because I'm over that from it. Oh, movies, you know that's something I was going to ask you and it just broke my mind Any update movies that you're looking forward to seeing? Not really Just coming out?

Speaker 1:

Yes, let's see End of July. I'm looking forward to see Fantastic Four. Okay, yep, you know I'm looking forward to see Fantastic Four.

Speaker 2:

Okay, yep.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm seeing that. I'm probably going to see Superman just to see it, just because I wasn't going to see it, but I'm just going to see it just because.

Speaker 2:

Isn't it Fantastic Four? The first steps.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's the week after or two weeks after Superman, I think, or something like that. Okay, Superman I think Something like that, I'll see.

Speaker 2:

I want to go see that there's only a movie in July that you're thinking of what I'm going to see when y'all get here back, because I always love me some Jurassic Park. Jurassic Park came out this week. I'm going to go see that and the next time you will come back on the podcast, y'all hear my input for it. But because I even went to the exhibition that they had here, I sure did and that was fun. I was up by the jeep. That was like two years ago, I think. Like 2023 it came and they do. At the end, when you're just like walking out, you think everything cool, they have it like it's t-rex.

Speaker 2:

Some of us was really scared. I was laughing at the shit, but the way that it looked was funny and fun. Like I can't say, but as a kid maybe it would throw me off, but it was adults. Like I was like y'all calm down, y'all know good luck. This is not a real T-Rex.

Speaker 2:

And now with the new Jurassic Park, like I know T-Rex is tired of helping y'all, like he just be one of my, his own damn business. Like he only gets his little. He got the little bitty arms. Like let T-Rex live. Like that's one thing that I learned about Jurassic Park, which it tells you what is in today's society, right, black people, we be minding our own goddamn business, right? White T's? Y'all just always want to bother something and be involved with everything, just sticking those in places that it don't always need to be stuck into, and that's why we have Jurassic Park. But I can't say thank y'all who created this when Jurassic Park, I've seen each and every one, but you know, t-rex just wanted to live his own life, so it's, you know, jurassic World Rebirth and basically it's like these dinosaurs mixed with meth and crack and everything else.

Speaker 1:

I was like what, I remember things. I was going along just like, yeah, I'm like what?

Speaker 2:

Because it's the other type of creature that you ain't never even seen.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because I know from the trailers it's yeah, they, you know.

Speaker 2:

Right. And T-Rex, like on hippie mind his own business. He gotta save you, goddamn America if you got damn people. Sometimesex, like on hippie mind his own business. He got to save you, goddamn America if you goddamn people. Sometimes he be like I'm about to get at y'all and then he be like goddammit, I got to save the day again, these motherfucking humans. So I'm excited to look forward to that. And Fantastic Four possibly you know a little Marvel.

Speaker 1:

Well, I'm going to the movie Yep, I think next, next weekend or next week I'm gonna get the tickets, just so on Thursday to get the, because they already had like the pre-sale tickets already. But I'm gonna do it the day before, on Thursday, because people probably did it on Friday. But most likely I'm gonna get mine, like I usually do, on Thursday, and see it Thursday, depending on the time right. So I'm gonna get spoiled because I do it on Thursday, so I it Thursday, depending on the time Right. So I won't get spoiled Because I do it on Thursday, so I won't get spoiled.

Speaker 2:

So you won't get spoiled. You're going to have spoil alerts because they will be out there.

Speaker 1:

On the Friday, the Thursday or the Friday before you're up, especially on Thursday, I'm going to be up and going and the last time I went to see a movie with Ballerina.

Speaker 2:

I went to see ballerina or the last days, last day. It wasn't like how the other previous ones, they just need to let it go. I didn't really care for the most recent one that I went, so I was kind of disappointed. Like I walk off the movies like the. It just was just. It wasn't it the storyline. You know what I'm trying to say. Like it just, I get it, but it. Ballerina was good, I did like that. But what I'm speaking of, what I'm mentioning that is that I had took a picture because leaving out of the movie theater it was a car and they had the Jurassic Park and I'm gonna show you here, see oh, the guy, yeah, I see it so I'm gonna share that, and this was weeks ago that I took this picture.

Speaker 2:

I just didn't upload it and you know I got the tool, so that's why I put the tool like if it needs the tool. But yeah, that was dope. Like you can tell, they really like jurassic park oh yeah, they do they had it on their old school jeep. It's a red jeep, like I know they're gonna be there, so that they already they do. They had it on their old school Jeep. It's a red Jeep, I know they're going to be there. They probably was there when it first dropped.

Speaker 1:

Probably.

Speaker 2:

But speaking of upcoming things, what's going on with all y'all beehives? She's about to come down.

Speaker 1:

Well, she's probably about to be coming down, anyway pretty soon, but Four Days is the first of her show.

Speaker 2:

The 10th, so in Atlanta she has the most days.

Speaker 1:

One of them.

Speaker 2:

yes, the other places. What was the only two places that she did the most? Was it here? I don't think so.

Speaker 1:

It's either Houston. Well, it was LA.

Speaker 2:

LA and here Now. Let me just tell y'all, and London too, but that's from that's different.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, from here I think it was LA here, houston, I think had like three. Yeah, houston had three.

Speaker 2:

So it was only Atlanta and LA that she was going to do this too.

Speaker 1:

Let's just tell y'all, and I believe, so I believe so yeah, because beforehand it wasn't that she's added more dates. Because more people wanted more tickets, so they added more dates.

Speaker 2:

And did you see what happened with Houston? What happened with her, with the malfunction?

Speaker 1:

With the car.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

That was funny. I saw her Instagram. She's so funny and she played the one of the songs.

Speaker 2:

Screw Red, sipping on four foes.

Speaker 1:

And then they had the Carlina, like she had to play the song you had to do that the song was about leaning the car. Well, whatever the song is about the car leaning, she had that on her thing and people were like you, just.

Speaker 2:

Paul, yes, that is, you have to put that song on there. That was smart because the DJ they're not thinking and they have it already set with songs. She was singing and she still sung, but in her eyes I saw that that was a true Virgo. Because we're going to play it off? Because, true Virgos, we like the stuff to still roll.

Speaker 2:

And we're not going to like to see us sweating. However, in our face, we, we about to go off on everybody. That means any and everybody, I don't care if you didn't even have a part to do with it. If you looked in the direction of the car, you getting it too. So she was just sitting there like this with her seatbelt, like this. Ain't Texas? Oh you about to be fired, oh you about to be gone. Gone, gone, gone, gone. But it is Texas where it happened.

Speaker 1:

So isn't that interesting. It's especially the same. I don't know where she did the machine messed up the drink when she's on her seat? Yes, and it's a face.

Speaker 2:

People are like oh, that machine's fired. Yeah, because she put that Mike Jones on there.

Speaker 1:

Mike Jones, because it was, uh, he put that up that they're like oh, that machine's fired, and you tell she let the machine like. I don't even say it's a machine because of the machine it was messing up, so you can't say like she's like, and then it works okay okay, yeah, it's like tripping on four poles and that's what happened?

Speaker 2:

and this. It was smart, though that was interesting that she did it afterwards, but if they would have, you know it's things that you have to be quick but that would have been cool if they would have done it and put that song on. Everybody would have thought of it as part of the act.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

You know what I mean, because it's in Houston. It's Mike Jones, like that would have been perfect, but then you can't put that on. Compared to what she's currently singing, she was singing the song.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

So that wouldn't have done If it was just done after she's singing the song. Then it happened like do-do and the crowd was like ah. So it was smart for her PR to say to put that on her IG so people won't be like taking it and running with it Because they do.

Speaker 1:

No, no, no, she know it too, but she knows it broke down. It's not like it's nothing serious. Everybody saw it, the whole stadium, it broke down. So they know somebody's doing something. It's just she played. She's like oh well, it broke down. Well, let me just put it on there and keep doing it, right?

Speaker 2:

so if you hear this because, um beyonce, you listen to our podcast. You sure do. I'm manifesting what it is. You hear this I'm going to need you to bring out a couple, a whole bunch of people here, because what we saw in UK, they you brought out, jay-z.

Speaker 1:

All different people. That's funny.

Speaker 2:

We ain't doing any use of that. Nope, because I didn't see that. But ATL is different. I'm going gonna tell you one thing you come back to the states. I'm not no beehive, but I'm here to support because I do like beyonce. You know I'm saying I like she's very, she's an entertainer, she's. She's good what she do, she's great what she's done. She's evolved, like if you listen to her, when she was younger, coming out, I I saw her things when I saw on Star Search and little girl got robbed Because ain't no goddamn way that rock and roll band should have won over them. Like it is what it is. Therefore, that's why I still think her age ain't what she's saying her age is. But we ain't going to go all that route.

Speaker 2:

Beyonce, if you hear this, please, I'm going to need you to bring out any and everybody that's from Atlanta. Okay, you're going to have to do it. I mean, I need you to pull out the old people here. I get it Jeezy, that's obvious. I don't want no Jeezy. I need you to go to the gutter. The person say pull powers, pull it, get it, get it, get it, get it, get it, get it, get it, get it. I need you to bring out them from ATL.

Speaker 1:

Do they have songs with her? I don't give a fuck, no, they don't got no songs. Everybody she brought got songs with her or something, or she mixed the songs with them. Then that's one thing she's going to do is mix the songs Bring out fucking God. Jz again, then that's probably what she's going to do. The only thing is she'll be mixing the songs of another thing. That's it. Everybody else is the only people she makes songs with.

Speaker 2:

They wrote for her the dream, Everything he did in Bring the Dream and let Dream do. I Love your Girl, because that's one of my favorite songs. Dream, but the dream is who made Beyoncé? Beyoncé made dream, but the dream is who made Beyonce? Beyonce made herself. I ain't saying that, but if it wasn't for the dream and his writing skills, the dream is on everything right. The dream is the one who that's hip and hip. That's like Denzel Washington with Spike Lee. That's what Ryan Cougar is with Michael B.

Speaker 1:

Jordan. Okay, you get what I'm getting at right.

Speaker 2:

So I'm going to need her to bring the dream out of some goddamn thing, because that's the only person I really think she's going to be.

Speaker 1:

You might be out the question because she's there for four days so you may miss the days that you bring out people on a Sunday. You got Monday's the last show, so Monday's the last show. She's coming Thursday Friday. Take Saturday off, sunday Monday. So you mean, I don't know, she made me bring out people on the Monday so you had to listen to see it on the news like well, she brought those people.

Speaker 2:

She only works with, like the producers that I know, but I can't think. I don't think like no physical Atlanta rapper, no, I mean artists or anything. She's just done stuff with writers constantly or producers, that's true, so that I know I'm not a beehive, but I do know of that. I don't believe she's never done a song with Atlanta artists Nope, writers, yes, they're all over her work. You know what I'm saying? It is what it is, but just bring somebody else out, somebody, god damn it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, anybody it really doesn't really matter, it could be just anybody, just say Atlanta, bring somebody else out.

Speaker 1:

Thank you, I don't know what song. I don't know what other song that she be mixing.

Speaker 2:

She mixes with different songs To note.

Speaker 1:

So she added Single Ladies to one of her shows and she hasn't sung that at the concerts for a long time. That's true. And then something else that she brought out with one of these other shows Bring some other new songs, your older songs. Yeah, let's do that for Elena. Yeah, we're special Each time. I'm going to say each day on some different stories.

Speaker 1:

So I'll be like, yeah, I don't want to miss out. So, yeah, each day, each day something different. I don't know Something different, same time, a little something, I don't know, but yeah.

Speaker 2:

She got us. You hear us Because she listens to our podcast. So yeah, she listens to side of that. That's really interesting, her adding the days and I don't want to speak too much on it, but I guess the man got off on some things.

Speaker 2:

Oh, the baby oil man, but they still can get him on two of those charges and each charge is 10 years. So he's probably going to be serving. He can go off and face 20 years plus and, honestly speaking, I think those who are cheering for him and outside of the courthouse watch those people.

Speaker 2:

They have a mental illness or health problem because I mean, it is what it is Like. It's not regardless of what he got off of or what they said. And if they didn't have a strong, or what they do or just try to smear him or whatever, that's not smearing. When their stuff said all the shit that this motherfucker had done to people, then the fact of the jurors y'all had eight men and only four women, like huh, that was a red flag to me. Shouldn't I have had at least half and half? I don't watch too much of those criminal minds and law and order shit. Like I would have thought it would have been half and half. He's a male-dominant male and y'all have eight men. That's jurors. Yeah, they're going to sway their way towards him. He's a man Like that's common sense. You know what I'm trying to say. Like goodness gracious, and all those people who helped him. They need to be held accountable too. And I get it.

Speaker 2:

People were like, oh, he doesn't get bailed, but the Abercrombie and Fitch people get bailed. I don't give a fuck about the Abercrombie and Fitch people if they get bail. I don't give a fuck about the avocado fish people if they get bail. They all need to be underneath the fucking horrible prison cells as well, what they've done to boys, little boys. They sick, these motherfuckers. All these people are sick. They really are. So if you cheer on people who are sick, what does that say about you? You gotta look into the mirror. So if there's anybody that I saw that say about you like, you gotta look into the mirror. So if there's anybody that I saw that like, say they they cool with this, that, or happy for them, I don't. I'm good with you, you know. I'm saying I mean you okay with people beating people up, you okay with people taking people at will, you okay with people with fear mumbling like it's, it's all right now.

Speaker 2:

Those who said I participated and I was never like on drugs like that and I knew what I was doing of course they knew what they were doing. But the ones who says I don't remember shit, that means you were drugged and anything could capable happen. And this man is just recording you and just laughing at y'all. Last person that we saw who was recording he's still behind bars while he was over there trying to remix Chris Brown's song while he was behind bars. It's sick. So, kels, he jumped on trying to do the tell me who's who's getting all my love. Y'all are all sick At the end end of the day.

Speaker 2:

I realize there's a lot of sick motherfuckers out here. When they have money, they feel that they're untouchable, and then they they're in a different type of environment and group of people that do that as well. But you gotta remember you're still black, okay, you got money and you, you in these rooms with these people that don't look like you. They're different. You see what's going on right now in in the united states. That man is able to do any and everything that he choose to.

Speaker 2:

He's a felon, but he can just do a whole bunch of different shit and everybody's like oh, so that means on my tits, I don't get taxed for it and I have more money. No, you dumb fuck, that's currently at the moment. So I hope that you save all your money, that you don't get taxed on your tips or overtime, because when you file your taxes, what you gonna do? Oh, a lot of money, because that's how they're going to get you back. By you not doing that. You, the people who are millionaires and billionaires, are in a certain tax practice they cool, they good, okay so, but basically you are helping them out. Long run, you don't get that. So basically, you would rather be okay to get a hot pocket at the moment, while a millionaire and billionaire can get a new yacht. That's how you compare it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

That's the best way that I can prepare for people that don't get it, because they're just in for the now. Like right now, y'all dumb fucks, y'all are the same ones that y'all just have. For that, what? Fifteen hundred or twenty five hundred? What did that do for you for these for these four years? Or $2,500? What did that do for you for these four years? And then you talk about oh, where our taxes or cost of living is high, we're still underneath his bill that he signed in his first term. It don't end until 2020, fucking 6. In 2027, so who has been? The cost of living is high? This same man in 2020. Y'all are deaf to people. Just be making me laugh.

Speaker 1:

Now they've finished it, so oh well.

Speaker 2:

I laugh at it because we're all about to be heard. I'm going to be on the corner selling pussy. Well, I'm really not going to be on the corner selling pussy. Y'all going to be doing a lot of things and doing strange for an extra piece of change in these next couple years. But yes, that is cool, but outside of that, anything coming up? No, you can catch us up our next podcast in the future. I'm having some shows and again, y'all keep checking in. Support the King of Drag, support anything that is positive, and fucking, live life. What am I saying? I say live life, happy. On what?

Speaker 1:

On purpose.

Speaker 2:

Yep, yeah, so yep, that's nothing else for today?

Speaker 1:

live life happy. On what? On purpose? Yep, yeah, so yep, that's. I think that's it for today. Keep you up with, we'll keep you up with, I guess, the movie, the review. We'll see how that is. Yep, depending on when we're going to do our next recording, you may or may not hear our experiences at the concert. So hear our experiences at the concert. So it depends on how we feel. So you may not hear it until the next time, until the next time, so maybe two weeks after that, after it happens, you guys will hear our feelings and our experiences of how that day went and stuff like that.

Speaker 2:

I'm excited I ain't got no cowboy boots, but I got a hat.

Speaker 1:

I do, I got cowboy boots, so I'm ready. And I got my hat, so I'm ready. I do, I got cowboy boots, so I'm ready. I ain't got my hat, so I'm ready.

Speaker 2:

Boots on the ground. That's why I'm ready. I got a fan. Yeah, that's all you need. Can they let you bring a fan in? They don't allow you. I got to look because you know different stadiums have different stupid stipulations. I don't know if they'll let me bring my fan in.

Speaker 1:

I got to look that up. I mean they should, because I don't feel like everybody at the stadium will be buying the Beyonce's fan at the stadium, so it has to be doing it Because you're buying it there.

Speaker 2:

It's different than bringing it inside.

Speaker 1:

I don't think so, because I've seen lines that's like two hours waiting for people and. I don't think all 50,000 people waiting in line and I don't have fans. I'm pretty sure you have a fan, but I'm pretty sure we're on the Thursday, the third day, so we got two more days to see if people got their own fans. So we got a lot of top checks.

Speaker 1:

Y'all know this is big I mean they should be able to bring the fan. The only thing is about the purse thing, but that's it. Everything else should be for, like, the fan wise. But yeah, okay, so that's it. So we're about to head out. Thank y'all for listening. What, what, what, what, what. And once again, you can follow me on Curtis13 on Instagram.
