Speaker 1:Welcome guys. It's another beautiful Wednesday that you're hearing this. Well, let's say it was beautiful right now when we're recording, so hopefully it's beautiful for you guys, wherever you are. So let me put that out there Hopefully it's beautiful where you are. It's been a little bit hot, or the weather's been getting hotter now. It's been a little bit raining in different places. When I was looking at the weather for different states, you'd be like, oh, it's been raining all week and people were like messing up plans and people got to take trips and they're like, ooh, plans are ruined and whatnot. Hopefully Wednesday is pretty good, evenly nice for the weather it's supposed to be like.
Speaker 2:Yeah, because the weather just is bipolar and I'm not taking no offense to anyone, that is. Y'all know what that means. So, yeah, you just don't know. You have to wear some shorts, hoochie daddy shorts, or you wear flip-flops, rain boots, and you back into your regular boots, umbrella or no umbrella at all, because you don't know. It would do it within like one hour and 30 minutes and then it'll be done and then it'll go back to like regular shit. It's just crazy.
Speaker 2:And with speaking of that, with the weather, um, my condolences and heart goes out to those who lost their lives in Texas. Unfortunately, with the area that they were at for the camp and there's a lot of kids, girls, camp and different things, and people who live in mobile homes are not worn. They weren't worn and the stuff happened like so fast timeframe. But to me personally, if they knew and was more in prior before, you know what could have happened. Um, and no matter who you care for, who you do, whatever, y'all know certain stuff was gutted out. Emergency, um, to give you heads up when emergency is about to happen, disaster, that was gutted. So I'm not saying you point fingers to anyone, because it's not time to point fingers when people have lost their lives, but this is the shit that we're about to continue to see. So strap up your seatbelts and go on that fucking ride. And again, my condolences, because that's crazy. Imagine taking your kids and they're going to a camp and you can think everything's good, and now your kid is washed away within the rapid rain that just happened. I couldn't even imagine how those kids just seemed. Like it played out like a movie. Right now I just see like every day we're in a movie or a sitcom, but that shit ain't be funny. But you gotta laugh to not cry. So that made me think about that. Let me talk about the rain. So yeah, it's interesting. Then all the little bills just passed, y'all better check out for your own states what's going on.
Speaker 2:Oh, and in the state of Georgia like I don't know if it's in Georgia or is it in certain parts where you can get lit and you know when you're drinking and if you ain't finished your alcohol, you can walk out the establishments with the alcohol in hand. Now, don't y'all get too damn happy now I think they set y'all shit up Like you ask to put it in a plastic container and then move on. That's different. But if you do some crazy shit, they just try to be like Nautilus. Nautilus has always been that way. But you can't leave.
Speaker 2:You know they give you a plastic container and you can pour your stuff in a container. Because I remember the first time as an adult not when I remember when I was a kid, but the first time as an adult that I went there and I was just did finished food and I was with one of my I don't know exes don't bring none of them holes up but I was with one. I mean they ain't holes, but yeah, I was with one of my exes and they originally was from there or born there. And the guy came and the bottle wasn't finished whatever drinking. He was like, oh, I'm thinking like you can take it with. I'm like the bottle, y'all just walk out here. But he's like, yeah, but I'll give you, know, the certain um different containers that you can pour it in, and then, of course, you just walk out.
Speaker 1:I was like, oh, look at that so just like how vegas is something with their uh the like the fat tuesdays kind of drinks, you could like get those and just drink those out, and, of course, you'll be drinking at the hotels. Anyway, I'll like you'll be walking around the hotels going different hotels, especially on the strip part. I'll be walking around the hotels going to different hotels, especially on the strip part. We'll be walking around. Then I will double check because that one I want to know that one was weird because it may be, in practice, be in Atlanta.
Speaker 1:It's still downtown, which makes some sense because it's downtown. That's the only other place I'm trying to think of would be the place to be doing it. I feel like it's just downtown Probably.

Speaker 1:So Because yeah, that is Because I've been seeing. Yeah, especially because I've been seeing, especially because we're about to go into the place that's about to host it. I was seeing a lot of stuff, or a lot of emails, from the Mercedes-Benz. Yep, they've been having a whole bunch of matches lately, for some for the FIFA thing, for FIFA, but I wasn't even know. I'm like I thought I don't know they're coming here, but I guess they're doing different matches or different things for FIFA right now, but I don't know when it's supposed to be.
Speaker 2:So when Atlanta's hosting it, it's 2026.
Speaker 1:That's it, but I guess they're just doing some.
Speaker 2:Friendly matches or FIFA. Not friendly FIFA games to see, to get into.
Speaker 1:Yes, that's what it is, because there's a whole bunch of things I'm being like. This keeps happening right now, oh no.
Speaker 2:So it would be, now that we know that you stated it's June 11, 2026, and it's through the 19th, so it's for that whole week, those eight days, but we're hosting, I believe it's eight matches. And with the eight matches. It includes a semifinal and two other knockout matches. It includes a semi-final and two other knockout matches.
Speaker 2:So, that's going to be the important matches. That's going to be, yeah, and I'm nowhere near anything. I'll be probably hopefully out of the country or in another place or location, because you are not going to catch me anywhere near Georgia for no goddamn World Cup. It'll be an amazing experience for me.
Speaker 1:I was going to be a lot of people, it's just too much, to be honest.
Speaker 2:They're not ready. They're not ready. I don't care what nobody say, they don't have shit right. When it just be Junior and them, or Lil Ray Ray and them, I don't know.
Speaker 1:The Olympics as well too. Yes, the Olympics is coming too. No, the Olympics in this one is going to be LA first.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but I mean, but it's still like the United States is still hosting, but the main place is LA. But I feel like they're coming to. I thought it was ready to fight Georgia because I saw one of the areas by the underground. They had the Olympic rings, like the circles, like on top of, like the orange thing by the police station, that part they were having like the orange, the rings, the Olympic rings.

Speaker 1:So I think Atlanta is one of the sites that's in the United States because we were hosting in 2028. Atlanta is part of the cities that they're moving around to for the Olympics, I believe.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I don't know from that. I just know that we hosted it back in the day, I don't see anything I don't know. That's something that I can't speak on.
Speaker 1:I don't know if you see anything. I know because usually when a country hosts they have different cities that people got to go to or drive to. But I swear I saw it.
Speaker 2:I just know they hosted it back then and we know what happened back then with the bombing thing and all that shit. So I know LA is hosting it.

Speaker 2:And then the WNBA All-Star game is going to be coming up and it's held in Indianapolis, Indiana, where it's just for the Fever. So of course they got all the top picks for their team. So of course they got all the top picks for their team. Of course Kaitlyn Clark is one of the got the fan base, she gets the pick, she's the team captain. And then you'll have LaVisa Collier, the other team captain. She's from Minnesota, Lynx, but to me it's just. I mean, it's hell in the NAPA. Basically, all they whole goddamn team from the Fever is on the all-star game. And Alita Boston, I get it. Yes, Kaylin Clark, she's who she is and it brings fans and eyes. It don't bring the positive fans and eyes, but this haven't been out the whole goddamn majority of the whole damn season. She's only playing maybe four games this year, but I guess she's an all-star, so we'll see how that goes.
Speaker 1:Yep, you're right. It's just I don't know why I saw it. Maybe because I'm just thinking about FIFA, I'm thinking about Atlanta. Either way, it's going to be crowded. I don't know. Speaker 2:And y'all know what sweepers are. I mean with the fast quickness. So I was just within basketball, softball, on track, that. But they try to ask me to play soccer all the time. In high school I was like no, Because the moment that somebody pulled my jersey, the moment somebody called pulled my jersey, the moment somebody called me a certain N-word, or the moment that somebody spit on me because they do that stuff, soccer is a totally different ballgame. You have to keep your composure and you have to be in shape.
Speaker 2:I would have had a red flag and yellow flags, a lot of matches, so that's why I decided not to do soccer. I just played with family when it was due to do that, dang it. But yeah. So the WNBA like I said, today, I think they announced who the reserves will be, and Tuesday is where they do their little draft. So if y'all want to support that, it'll be fun. Good Woohoo.

Paige Beckford Now, paige, to me, is the overall great player Possibly it's a lot of people for rookie of the year will be. So Paige Dallas. Alicia Gray Woohoo, stand up for ATL. She played for the Land of Dreams. Sabrina from New School, so she's New York. Liberty Nanika she's Seattle. So Breonna Stewart, new York. Speaker 2:I want to go see that there's only a movie in July that you're thinking of what I'm going to see when y'all get here back, because I always love me some Jurassic Park. Jurassic Park came out this week. I'm going to go see that and the next time you will come back on the podcast, y'all hear my input for it. But because I even went to the exhibition that they had here, I sure did and that was fun. I was up by the jeep. That was like two years ago, I think. Like 2023 it came and they do. At the end, when you're just like walking out, you think everything cool, they have it like it's t-rex.
Speaker 2:Some of us was really scared. I was laughing at the shit, but the way that it looked was funny and fun. Like I can't say, but as a kid maybe it would throw me off, but it was adults. Like I was like y'all calm down, y'all know good luck. This is not a real T-Rex.
Speaker 2:And now with the new Jurassic Park, like I know T-Rex is tired of helping y'all, like he just be one of my, his own damn business. Like he only gets his little. He got the little bitty arms. Like let T-Rex live. Like that's one thing that I learned about Jurassic Park, which it tells you what is in today's society, right, black people, we be minding our own goddamn business, right? White T's? Y'all just always want to bother something and be involved with everything, just sticking those in places that it don't always need to be stuck into, and that's why we have Jurassic Park. But I can't say thank y'all who created this when Jurassic Park, I've seen each and every one, but you know, t-rex just wanted to live his own life, so it's, you know, jurassic World Rebirth and basically it's like these dinosaurs mixed with meth and crack and everything else.

I didn't really care for the most recent one that I went, so I was kind of disappointed. Like I walk off the movies like the. It just was just. It wasn't it the storyline. But what I'm speaking of, what I'm mentioning that is that I had took a picture because leaving out of the movie theater it was a car and they had the Jurassic Park and I'm gonna show you here, see oh, the guy, yeah, I see it so I'm gonna share that, and this was weeks ago that I took this picture.

She was singing and she still sung, but in her eyes I saw that that was a true Virgo. Because we're going to play it off? Because, true Virgos, we like the stuff to still roll.
Speaker 2:And we're not going to like to see us sweating. However, in our face, we, we about to go off on everybody. That means any and everybody, I don't care if you didn't even have a part to do with it. If you looked in the direction of the car, you getting it too. So she was just sitting there like this with her seatbelt, like this. Ain't Texas? Oh you about to be fired, oh you about to be gone. Gone, gone, gone, gone. But it is Texas where it happened.
Speaker 1:So isn't that interesting. It's especially the same. I don't know where she did the machine messed up the drink when she's on her seat? Yes, and it's a face.

She's coming Thursday Friday. Take Saturday off, sunday Monday. So you mean, I don't know, she made me bring out people on the Monday so you had to listen to see it on the news like well, she brought those people.
Speaker 2:She only works with, like the producers that I know, but I can't think. I don't think like no physical Atlanta rapper, no, I mean artists or anything. She's just done stuff with writers constantly or producers, that's true, so that I know I'm not a beehive, but I do know of that. I don't believe she's never done a song with Atlanta artists Nope, writers, yes, they're all over her work. You know what I'm saying? It is what it is, but just bring somebody else out, somebody, god damn it.

And if they didn't have a strong, or what they do or just try to smear him or whatever, that's not smearing. You, the people who are millionaires and billionaires, are in a certain tax practice they cool, they good, okay so, but basically you are helping them out. Long run, you don't get that. So basically, you would rather be okay to get a hot pocket at the moment, while a millionaire and billionaire can get a new yacht. That's how you compare it.

I'm pretty sure you have a fan, but I'm pretty sure we're on the Thursday, the third day, so we got two more days to see if people got their own fans. So we got a lot of top checks.
